We work with different producers, of high quality, coming from different regions and countries.

2 DELIVERY, DEADLINES and TRACKING

This is one of the great differentials of Skull Roots. We offer free shipping for you, regardless of which region of Brazil you are in.

Several factors can influence the delivery time, such as, for example, your location, adverse weather conditions, long holidays, health crises and the amount of products in stock.

Products imported take between 7 to 20 business days to reach their destination, also depending on the region of delivery place, long holidays, weather adversities and health crises .

To offer free shipping, we work together with partners who carry out the collective dispatch of orders. Your order will be dispatched in up to 5 working days, after payment confirmation in our system.

- With Credit Cards the payment confirmation: 1 business day

- With Boletos the payment confirmation: up to 5 working days

4 CANCELLATIONS, EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Yes, if you want to make changes to your orders, you should contact us at contato@caveira-roots.com . It is important to emphasize that it is only possible to make changes while your order has not been dispatched, therefore, we advise you to carefully check all your purchase details.

Our return policy is 07 days. After 07 days of purchase, unfortunately it is not possible to request a refund or exchange.

To be able to return, the product must not have been used and must be in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To return the product, you must send an email to contact@skull-roots.com, and present the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once the return product is received and verified, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return merchandise. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

5 PAYMENTS AND SECURITY

We work with the state-of-the-art Mercado Pago system. This means that the customer will have access to all forms of payment that this platform makes available, as well as the security guarantee that this system provides.

Skull Roots works with the payment system of Mercado Pago. In it, you have the option to pay for your purchase with:
